The villa consists of three floors, including the ground floor, the first floor and the cellar floor and it offers 7 bedrooms, for up to 14/16 guests. All rooms and common areas are both comfortable and elegant, with the décor combining old and modern elements in perfect harmony. Wooden floors, air conditioning and Wi-Fi are of course present throughout all areas. On the ground floor there are 2 bedrooms sharing a connecting bathroom. The bathroom is luxurious, elegantly decorated through with first-rate marble. It has a double Jacuzzi, a big whirlpool tub shower and twin sinks . In a bright and elegant room with large glass windows facing the garden from both sides there is the kitchen. Kitchen is of course equipped with everything a cook needs to spend an independent stay, there is also a living room with a sofa, TV-Sat and Wi-Fi. The kitchen door accesses a private terrace of 40m2, where guests can eat, relax and enjoy unforgettable moments. On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room and a kitchen area. What makes this floor exclusive is the combination of wooden flooring and wooden ceilings. In the cellar floor there are 3 bedrooms which have all separate private entrances and a private bathroom.
Also, on the ground floor in the connecting annex between the new structure and the main house, there is a common area where guests can feel free to relax reading a book or listen to music sitting on a comfortable sofa. Guests feel free to live in and explore both the indoor and outdoor areas of the house such as the beautiful garden, the private and exclusive swimming pool, as well as the Jacuzzi SPA.
