At certain times of the year we offer the possibility to book individual rooms with a minimum stay of 2/3 nights.

All rooms are both comfortable and elegant, with the décor combining old and modern elements in perfect harmony. All have a separate entrance, private bathroom, wooden floors and air conditioning. Additionally, each bedroom has a private outdoor area with a gazebo, lounge chairs and a wooden table with chairs.

The villa has 4 double bedrooms, 1 quadruple room and 1 living unit for 4 to 6 persons.
The double room “Le Palme” is in the ground floor of the main house and is equipped with a kitchenette and a spacious en-suite bathroom with a shower and double sinks. The double rooms, “L’Olivo”, “La Quercia” and “Il Ciliegio” have a separate entrance each with marvellous view of the garden and en-suite bathroom.
The quadruple room “Le Rose” is located on the first floor and consists of two double bedrooms sharing a connecting bathroom. The bathroom is luxurious, elegantly decorated through with first-rate marble. It has a double Jacuzzi, a big shower and double sinks.
The living unit “La Mansarda” is on the second floor and consists in two double bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room and a kitchen area.

Guests here can enjoy moments of absolute privacy and relax in their rooms or in their private external spaces. However guests are also invited to enjoy common spaces where they can find the same relaxing and welcoming atmosphere that characterizes the entire structure. Guests feel free to explore and live in both the indoor and outdoor areas of the property.
